Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

This service combines, cupping, stones, bamboo, Ashiatsu, NRT. I use all my education to relieve you of your aches, pains, trouble spots, within the 90 minute to frame. Swedish with Cupping and Synergy Stones
Regular Swedish Massage, no deep tissue, no therapeutic work, other than using synergy stones, and cupping services. Longer length of time, with more warmth and concentrated cupping in areas showing signs of resistance.
A super nice, relaxing session that keeps the deeper work at bay, but adds in a few extras!
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. Some Reiki sessions bring to the surface some small messages, signs and an overall feeling of well being. Every person has a different experience.
Religion is not a part of Reiki. Many have spread the rumor, through the church or simply from people that don't know any thing about Reiki. It's beautiful, kind, healing energy, all positive work. Many, many people of all walks of life partake in Reiki to relieve many issues, problems, or to relax their bodies. I highly recommend this service.

This is Rapid Muscular Pain Relief - Working Directly with the Nervous System
No Massage takes place. This treatment is done with you fully clothed. I do request you wear loose, comfortable, moveable clothing. Ease of movement is key.
In your body, there are specialized nerve bundles. these are mechanoreceptors. These respond to pressure, velocity, vibration stretch and other forces. I will briefly use a reflex device to signal the the receptors that are deeply embedded in a muscle. I could move the limb, the patient could, and there can be working together to reach the proper level of muscle release through signals sent through the spinal cord. Sounds complicated, but it isn't at all!
I have trained with the developer of the system, James Woods. he has used the development derived from two famous scientists, Sherrington and Pfluger, who studied and investigated the nervous system and it's operating laws.

Not your normal 30 Minute Massage Session - Therapeutic work with deeper focus and adding in some of the great tools I use with my hands! It's pretty awesome! This could add a few Ashi stokes, some stretches, or cupping in a quick 30!!!
